In the heart of the village of La Croix-Valmer, a brasserie is an institution. Since 2008 Le Café Valmer has been inviting its guests to a gourmet stopover around iodized treasures and emblematic and succulent brasserie dishes.
The menu revolves around fresh and seasonal products, from the seafood corner with its seafood platters to fish specialties to traditional French brasserie dishes. We come here at the hot hour of the morning for a coffee lulled by the effervescence of the market, we have an aperitif while sipping an iced rosé or a delicious cocktail to the soft sound of the fountain, we have lunch there to take a gourmet break in the shade of the mulberry trees, we dine there in the fervor of the lively streets. All year round in the heart of the village of La Croix-Valmer, Le Café Valmer welcomes you from breakfast to dinner on its shaded terrace or its indoor room for a beautiful getaway to the rhythm of the Croisiens.
This brasserie gives pride of place to fresh and seasonal products by refining the codes of the traditional brasserie, combining iodized specialties and traditional brasserie dishes. You will happily taste there, seafood platters, shellfish and fresh fish, sea bass or grilled octopus, butcher’s tartare or marvelously grilled rib steak. In this friendly and warm atmosphere, which has cultivated with passion since 2008 the good moments of conviviality. You will have the pleasure of enjoying the brasserie spirit, enhanced by a fine wine and cocktail list, homemade desserts and caring staff.

Turned towards the sea, the scale menu offers generous platters of seafood, shellfish and crustaceans, giving pride of place to the freshness and flavors of the seas thus satisfying all your desires. The scaling delivers a seductive promise that showcases platters of shellfish, seafood and other crustaceans, fresh oysters, clams, whelks and other shrimp are complemented by a juicy lemon and a gourmet mayonnaise. An iodized score that is played according to the arrivals of treasures from the sea.
